§ 12-63. Space and privacy requirements.

There shall be a minimum of 45 square feet of floor space for each operator in the establishment. Each establishment shall have an area that may be screened from the public view for clients requesting privacy. Multiple body art stations shall be separated by dividers, curtain, or partitions, at a minimum.
