§ 54-30. Commercial and industrial operations containers.

Latest version.

All classes of commercial and industrial operations using containers shall maintain them in a sanitary condition, free from odor and shall prevent the overflow or scattering of trash, garbage or refuse on the premises, nearby properties or public streets and places.
