Chapter 67. HORSE-DRAWN CARRIAGES FOR HIRE

§ 67-9. Cleanliness of horse-drawn carriage required.

Each vehicle operating under this chapter shall be kept neatly painted, and in clean and sanitary condition, free of litter and debris, and at all times suitable for public transportation of passengers.
