§ 6-26. Expiration, renewal, payment of fee.

  • (a)

    All licenses to manufacture and distribute alcoholic beverages shall expire at midnight on December 31 of the year in which issued.

    (b)

    All applications for the renewal of licenses to manufacture or distribute alcoholic beverages shall be submitted to the city on or before December 1 of the year in which the license was issued, and the reapplication must be approved or disapproved within 30 days of December 1 of that year.

    (c)

    The license fee shall be due and payable upon submission of the application to the city. Payment may be made only by certified check. If the commission fails to approve the application, the license fee shall be refunded.
